8 oz. Ricotta-cottage cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese 1 sm. onion, sauteed 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. garlic salt Salt & pepper to taste 1 pkg. chopped broccoli-spinach 1 pkg. lg. pasta shells, cooked 1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce Cook pasta shells. In medium bowl, mix together ricotta-cottage cheese, cream cheese and thawed broccoli or spinach and sauteed onion. Add nutmeg, garlic salt and salt and pepper. Fill shells with cheese mixture; place in baking dish, pour spaghetti sauce over filled shells. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top and bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes. 8 to 10 servings. |
