STUFFED PASTA SHELLS
 

1 lb. jumbo pasta shells
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 c. milk
4 c. tomato sauce
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook shells in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grate Mozzarella cheese. In a large skillet brown burger and sausage, drain grease. Add bread crumbs, milk, egg, and 1/2 the cheese to meat. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Fill cooked shells with meat mixture. Place 1/2 of the sauce in a shallow 3 quart baking dish. Arrange filled shells on top. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
