CAROL'S LASAGNE
 

1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato paste
1 chopped onion
1 c. cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Plus any other spice you would use in your meat sauce
Grated mozzarella cheese
Poppy or sesame seeds
1 refrig. type pizza crust dough, the kind you pop open & roll out

Cook up meat sauce, removing any extra oil with a spoon, let it cool. Roll out the pizza dough (don't make it too thin) on a large piece of greased tin foil. This tin foil should be large enough to wrap the finished meal.

Mix the cottage cheese, beaten egg and Parmesan cheese; set aside. Take the cooled meat sauce, which includes the spices and tomato paste and place it in the center of the rolled out dough. Add the cheese on top of the meat. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of this. Pull up the sides of the dough to form a big bundle. Brush the sides and top of the dough with milk and sprinkle the top with the poppy or sesame seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serves 4-6 and is a good take away meal.
