3 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. syrup (white or red) 1 c. pecans 3 tsp. butter
Beat eggs, add sugar, vanilla and syrup. Stir in the nuts. Pour into a 9" unbaked pie shell. Push the butter into 3 different spots. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
