1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 8 c. dry bread cubes 1 to 2 c. chicken broth
Cook onion in butter until tender; add poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Toss with bread cubes. Drizzle broth over cubes and toss again. For one 10 lb. turkey.
