OLD FASHIONED HOT POTATO SALAD
 

2 lbs. sliced cooked potatoes
1/4 lb. sliced crisp fried bacon
1/2 lb. frankfurters, cut in sm. pieces
1/2 c. onions
1 1/2 tsp. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. water

Saute franks, put aside; saute onions. Add last 4 ingredients. When thick, add potatoes, bacon, franks. Serve hot.
