KATHY'S COLD TACO SALAD
 

1 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can kidney beans, don't drain
1 head lettuce
1 bottle French or Russian dressing
4 tomatoes
1 onion
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lg. bag Nacho cheese Doritos or tortilla chips

Brown ground beef, drain; place in large bowl and cool. Stir in kidney beans. Chop lettuce, tomatoes and onion; mix with beef and bean mixture. Stir in grated cheese and mix all ingredients well. Chill a few hours before serving. When serving, crunch Doritos or chips and add to mixture, mixing well. Serves a crowd!
