CAJUN SPICE
 

1 tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp. white pepper
3/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. thyme

Mix all ingredients together. Brush meat with garlic butter (melted). Sprinkle "spice" on both sides of meat. Charbroil on hot, preheated iron skillet or grill over charcoal.
