1 3/4 c. liquor (Irish whiskey, rye, rum, bourbon or scotch) 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1 c. whipping or light cream 4 eggs 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup 2 tsp. instant coffee 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. almond extract In blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to 1 month. Shake well before serving. This is great in coffee. |
