1 stick butter
1 egg yolk
1 lb. confectioners sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat butter with egg yolk in a medium sized bowl with electric mixer until soft. Beat in confectioners sugar alternately with milk and vanilla, until smooth and spreadable.

Makes 2 cups.
