3 - 4 cloves garlic 2 oz. softened butter 2 oz. mixed herbs (chives, chervil, salad burnet, tarragon, cress and capers) 1 tsp. olive oil Dash salt and pepper Pound together butter, garlic and herbs. Add olive oil and salt and pepper. Shape butter into a log. Wrap in plastic wrap. Freeze or refrigerate. To use, slice off pats from the log. |
