MULLED TEA BAG
 

2 1/2 tsp. loose tea leaves
2 whole cloves
3 whole allspice berries
1 tsp. coarsely crushed cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
5" sq. fine mesh cheesecloth
Cotton string

Place tea leaves, cloves, allspice, cinnamon and orange and lemon rind on cheesecloth square. Bring corners together and tie into a bag with string. To brew tea, place bag in a mug and add 6 ounces boiling water; steep 4-5 minutes. Yield 1 tea bag.
