Dissolve Jello in hot water, set aside. Mix eggs and oil. Add cake mix and beat 2 minutes. Fold or stir in gently the Jello water. Pour in well-greased 8 1/2 x 11 inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Thaw lemonade and mix with sugar. Pour over cake as soon as it is removed from oven. Cool.
