1/2 c. dry red or white wine
1/4 c. pineapple juice, chilled
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sparkling water
Wedge of lime, garnish

Combine red or white wine, pineapple juice and lemon juice over ice in a wine goblet. Add sparkling water and garnish with lime wedge.
