1 lb. box powdered sugar 1/2 c. cocoa 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Coconut (opt.) Pinch of salt 1/4 lb. butter 1 tsp. vanilla In 1 quart glass casserole, add powdered sugar, cocoa, milk, salt and butter. Microwave (high) 2 minutes. Stir evenly. Add vanilla and nuts, blending well. Line a pie plate with wax paper. Pour fudge into plate; chill until firm. Makes 1 pound. |
