NEW YORK ROAST BEEF
 

1 beef rib roast or eye of round roast
1 tbsp. cooking or olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ground oregano

Rub oil over entire surface of meat. Combine remaining ingredients and rub over roast. Place meat in shallow baking dish with fat side up or place on barbecue. Bake 20 minutes per pound at 350 degrees. The result will be a brown outer surface with an even rareness in the middle.
