QUICK & EASY CALZONES

1 pkg. Rhodes frozen bread dough (2 loaves)
Mozzarella cheese
Spaghetti sauce (your favorite recipe or store bought)

One day before making Calzones, put bread dough in refrigerator to thaw overnight. Divide each loaf into 8 equal pieces. Roll into an oval, put a small slice of mozzarella (1 inch square x 1/4 inch) chees on 1/2, moisten edges with fingertips dipped in water. Fold dough in half and pinch edges together. Place each Calzone in a sandwich bag. Place all bagged Calzones into a gallon sliced freezer bag until ready to use.

To bake: Remove from baggies and place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with spaghetti sauce (over, to dip into, inside, etc.).
