12 country style ribs 1 c. catsup 1 c. Coke (do not substitute) Brown sugar Mustard Pickling spice Season salt Boil ribs in water with pickling spice and salt for 30 minutes. Remove and drain. Place in foil lined pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and mustard generously. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Mix Coke and catsup, pour over ribs. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Uncover and bake 30 minutes or until sauce is thick. |
