1/2 tbsp. cooking oil 1 green hot chili, chopped 1/4 c. onions, chopped 1/2 tomato, chopped 1 can tomato sauce 2 c. water Salt and pepper to taste Stir fry hot chili, onions, and tomatoes. Add water and tomato sauce; bring to a boil. Simmer. (The longer you let it simmer, the hotter your sauce will be.) Pour over medium eggs or use your imagination. |
