BROILED BAR-B-QUE RIBS
 

2 slab pork ribs (sm.)
1/2 c. vinegar
4 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. hot sauce (opt.)

Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides. Place ribs in roasting pan, whole or cut. Put under broiler until brown. Pour off fat. Mix vinegar, mustard and hot sauce; beat well. Then pour on meat, seal pan with foil. Place in oven another 1/2 hour. Bake in 400 to 450 degree broiler or 350 degree oven.
