FANTASTIC GRILLED ROAST
 

1 (3-5 lb.) chuck or arm cut roast (pot roast)
1 tsp. meat tenderizer

MARINADE:

1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Sprinkle roast with tenderizer on both sides. Pierce deeply. Let stand one hour. Pour marinade over roast and let stand. Turn and pierce several times. Refrigerate. Sear on hot flame 10 minutes each side and lower flame and cook 15 to 20 minutes each side.
