FIESTA BEEF KEBABS
 

1/2 c. catsup
1/2 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lbs. beef top round steak, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 green or red sweet peppers

For marinade, combine first 9 ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover; simmer 20 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Add meat. Cover; refrigerate overnight. Turn meat occasionally. Drain beef. Reserve marinade. Cut peppers into 1 inch squares.

I usually add onions, mushrooms and new whole potatoes. Can add all vegetables to meat and marinate all together. You can double recipe if you add all above. Grill over medium hot coals to desired doneness. Allow about 15 minutes for rare. Baste kebabs with extra marinade.
