1 lb. tender beef, sliced 1/8 - 1/4 inch thick 4 green onions, cut in 2 inch 1/4 c. sliced ginger 1-2 tsp. oyster sauce Salt 2 tbsp. oil 1/2 c. chicken broth Cornstarch Soy sauce (optional) Ajinomoto (dash) In oil, fry beef and add ginger, green onion; cook 3 minutes. Add chicken broth, oyster sauce, salt to taste, dash of Ajinomoto. Thicken with cornstarch. |
