Large chunk of bologna

Buy a large chunk of bologna, the best grade available. Peel off cellophane wrapping but not the casing. Place in a flat baking pan in 250 degree oven and leave several hours. This should be charred and cracked like a hot dog cooked over an open fire.

Put on garnished tray, set out party rye, sweet mustard sauce and knives. Enjoy!
