CHEESE STUFFED BURGERS
 

1 1/2 c. mixture of Edam, cheddar & Romano cheese, finely grated
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Worcestershire sauce

In large bowl mix ground beef, pepper, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Roll into 8 patties. Top 4 patties with cheese mixture and top them with the other 4 patties. Seal the edges tightly and broil.
