2 tbsp. butter 1 c. coarse cracker crumbs 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. crushed oregano leaves 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp. milk 6 3/4 inch thick pork chops Use butter to coat 9 x 13 baking pan. In small bowl, combine next 5 ingredients. In another small bowl mix egg and milk. Coat chips with cracker mixture, then egg mixture, then cracker mixture again. Arrange in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn carefully and bake 30 minutes longer. |
