5-6 lb. brisket 3 oz. liquid smoke Celery powder Onion powder Garlic powder Worcestershire sauce BBQ sauce Put brisket in baking dish. Pour liquid smoke over brisket, sprinkle each side with spices, cover and refrigerate overnight. To bake, sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and cover with foil and bake 6 hours at 275. Let cool and slice. May pour BBQ sauce over meat during last hour of baking or may be poured over brisket after sliced if desired. |
