COUNTRY RIBS
 

2 slabs of country ribs

Put in bottom of roaster. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until it starts to brown. Pour off any fat.

SAUCE:

1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Oil

In saucepan, saute onion and pepper in oil. Saute until tender then add:

1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 c. catsup
3 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar

Pour over country ribs. Cover and bake until tender. If sauce is too runny, take cover off for about last 15 minutes. We like this with baked potatoes and sour cream and green beans.
