4-6 center cut pork chops 1/2 c. chopped onions 1/4 c. melted butter 1/4 c. water 2 c. bread crumbs (Stove Top dressing may be used instead) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/3 c. water Seasonings of choice - salt, pepper, etc. Brown chops; place in shallow dish or baking pan 9 x 13. Lightly mix onion, butter, water, bread, and seasonings or you may use Stove Top dressing. Place a mound of stuffing on each chop; blend soup and water. Pour over chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
