1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 3 slices bacon, diced 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 1/2 tbsp. enriched flour 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. paprika Dash of pepper 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 c. dairy sour cream 8 to 10 hamburger buns, split and toasted Brown ground beef and bacon. Add onion, cook until tender but not brown. Drain off the excess fat. Blend flour and seasonings into meat mixture. Stir in soup. Cook slowly until covered, 20 minutes stirring frequently. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve in toasted buns or over toast points. Serves 8 to 10. |
