3/4 lb. pork sausage links 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 1 tbsp. flour 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. milk 1 tbsp. parsley 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 deep dish pie crust Bake crust while preparing quiche. Brown sausage and drain. Saute onion and pepper. Drain. Slice sausage. Combine cheese and flour; stir in sausage, onion and pepper. Spread on crust. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over sausage mixture. Bake 35-40 minutes. Let cool about 10 minutes before slicing. |
