6-8 lamb (or mutton) steaks
Salt, pepper, onion salt

Brown seasoned steaks in hot fat in skillet on both sides. Bake in slow oven (300 degrees) until very tender. Season well. Serve over hot. You can cut these with a fork. They are delicious!
