1 pkg. baby back pork ribs 1 c. ketchup 1 c. pineapple juice 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Dash of soy sauce Cut apart ribs. Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil. Pour 1/2 cup water in the pan. Put ribs in pan and cover tightly with foil. Roast 1 hour at 400 degrees. Pour off fat. Marinate ribs in 3/4 of the sauce for at least 2 hours. Place ribs in roasting pan. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees, basting ribs during the final 15 minutes with the reserved marinade. Serves 4. |
