ORIGINAL HOT CHICKEN WINGS
 

1/2 c. flour 2-3/4 c. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. curry powder 3 tbsp. poultry seasoning 2 to 3 lbs. chicken wings Tabasco sauce

Starting with flour, mix dry ingredients in a bag; then shake wings in dry mixture. Melt butter and mix in Tabasco sauce until butter is an orange color (the more Tabasco sauce, the hotter and more spicy). Pour melted butter into shallow pan, cookie sheet works best. Lay wings on sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Turn wings and bake an additional 15 minutes or to desired crispness.

Bleu Cheese Dressing or Ranch Dressing makes a good dip for chicken wings.

These were originally served with onion rings and fresh celery sticks.
