CORNED BEEF BURGERS
 

1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
1 slice white bread
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. butter

Flake corned beef with fork. Break bread into small crumbs, add corned beef with egg. Mix well. Shape into 4 patties. Melt butter in a skillet. Add burgers and brown on both sides. Serve on toasted hamburger rolls.
