AUNT BECKY'S STEAK MARINADE
 

1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 sliced onion

After at least several hours, take meat out of the marinade and brown lightly on both sides in a skillet or on a grill.

1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce
3 bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
1 (7 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces with juice

Heat mixture until onions are tender and then thicken with 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Pour this mixture over cooked rice and serve with the steak.
