Unroll ribs and place in an aluminum roasting pan. Pour a small amount of barbecue sauce on ribs, using a spoon, spread evenly over ribs. Cover tightly with foil and bake in a 250 degree oven for 2 hours. Uncover and pour off liquid. Add all remaining barbecue sauce, spread evenly over ribs. Re-seal and continue baking another 2 hours. Divide and serve.
NOTE: For crisper ribs, uncover for the last 30 minutes. Recipe is easily doubled. The trick is in the slow cooking.
