2-3 lbs. country style spare ribs
1 tbsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
1 tbsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. onion flakes
1 bottle Kraft Smokey flavored barbecue sauce
Prepare 3-4 hours before baking. In a large roaster lay out the spare ribs. If they are large pieces, you may have to overlap. Add about 1/4 inch of water in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with seasoning salt, garlic powder and onion flakes in that order.
Cover pan with foil or a tight fitting lid. Let stand 3-4 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Remove lid or foil; pour barbecue sauce over ribs. Finish baking uncovered for 1 hour more.
