RIBS RANDOLPH
 

1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. lemon pepper
5 lb. pork ribs

Blend ingredients thoroughly (preferably in a blender). Place ribs in a shallow pan and pour marinade over ribs and allow to set from 1 to 2 hours, turning every 20 minutes. Cook over hot charcoals, approximately 30 minutes, turning every 6 to 8 minutes. Baste thoroughly on each turn. This marinade is also excellent of beef ribs, chicken and steak.
