KOREAN BEEF STRIPS
 

London Broil or your choice of steak (enough for 6-8)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 green onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. sesame seeds (optional)

Slice your meat into thin strips. Combine all ingredients (with the exception of the sesame oil if you are going to fry your meat) and marinate meat in sauce for 1-2 hours. Then you may either fry the meat in the sesame oil or barbecue on the grill. Barbecue on grill results in tender, more flavorful meat as long as not overcooked.
