1 (5 lb.) canned Polish ham 1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple pecans 1/3 c. brown sugar Whole cloves Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stud sides of ham with whole cloves. Drain juice from canned pineapple slices and mix with brown sugar in small saucepan. Heat and stir constantly until thoroughly blended. Cover top of ham with this mixture and baste ham frequently. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Before serving, garnish top of ham with pineapple slices and pecans. Serves 10 to 12. |
