ROAST WITH "DALE'S" SAUCE
 

1 (2 to 4 lb.) rump roast
1/2 c. Dale's steak seasoning

Salt, pepper and flour outside of roast. Brown on all sides in 1 tablespoon oil. (Use Dutch oven and cook on top of stove.) Add water and Dale's sauce, covering about half of roast with liquid. Simmer covered until roast is done. Makes lots of gravy. This can also be done in a crock pot.
