BAKED PORK CHOPS WITH FILLING BALLS
 

4-6 pork chops
1-2 cans cream of celery soup
1/4 to 1/3 c. water
Bread filling

FILLING:

2 c. bread cubes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 egg
1/2 c. hot water

Saute onion and celery in 2 tablespoons butter. In skillet, brown pork chops on both sides. Transfer to flat baking pan or casserole dish. Prepare favorite bread filling in with drippings. Form into balls and place 1 ball of filling on each chop. Mix water and soup together. Pour over chops and filling balls. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.
