OVEN-BARBECUED RIBS
 

2-3 lb. country style ribs
Wesson oil
Salt and pepper
2 c. (8 oz.) tomato sauce with onions
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard

In 2-quart baking dish, arrange ribs, brush lightly with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, turning once. Pour off fat.

Combine vinegar, brown sugar and mustard and spread over meat. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Baste occasionally. 6 servings.
