2 1/2-3 lb. arm roast 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. water 1 tbsp. honey 1 tbsp. onion flakes 1 tsp. mustard seed Garlic powder Salt both sides of roast with garlic powder. Place roast into marinating dish or in bowl or pan. Mix and pour the ingredients over roast. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Cook on BBQ grill on low flame for about 1 hour. Turn and baste with marinating sauce about every 15 minutes. Slice and serve. Delicious for deer & beef roast. |
