OVEN MEAT BALLS
 

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. minced onion
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix meat, crumbs, spices, onion and 1/2 pint sour cream in bowl. Form into small balls, about golf ball size. Put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Put meatballs in casserole dish. Mix soup and rest of sour cream. Pour over meatballs and heat thoroughly.
