FIREMAN'S SOS
 

2 lbs ground beef
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium the, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 cup milk
salt and pepper

Brown ground beef and drain. Combine soups, onion, green pepper, milk and beef in a skillet. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat until bubbly. Serve over toast or biscuits.
