Layer onions on bottom of roasting pan Lay Brisket on top. Rub top of meat with garlic. Pour soup and sauce over and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover loosely with tin foil and pierce 3-4 times.
Cook at 375 for 2 1/2 hours until fork tender. May also be made in Crock Pot on High for 7 hours.
