Brats
2 lg. sliced onions
1/4 lb. butter
3 cans beer (not lite beer)

Into standard size crock pot, place onions, butter and beer. Cook brats on grill, DO NOT over-cook. Place brats in crock pot and simmer for 3 or 4 hours on low heat.
