SPRING ROLL
 

1 lb. lean pork
1/2 lb. fresh shrimp
1/4 c. onion
Water chestnuts

Mince ingredients and wrap in wrappers. Then deep fry. Cover with Peking Sauce.

PEKING SAUCE:

1 c. cider vinegar
2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
2 tsp. A-1 sauce

Blend well.
